We have #MeatlessMonday and we rarely miss a #ThirstyThursday, but we’ve really been slacking when it comes to #TacoTuesdays!

We make it a point to regularly include margaritas and tacos in our lives, but especially this week with Mexican Independence Day (not to be confused with Cinco de Mayo) we’re making sure to fit our fav treats in.

We can get behind anything you can eat with your hands, but especially love this Mexican food staple. You can put pretty much anything on a tortilla and call it a taco, but it’s that refined balance of spice, salt, acid, and sometimes sweet that really gets us going.

This week we’re bringing you all our taco and taco-inspired favs that you can make at home. The best part? All of these dishes are super easy to make AND can be eaten with our fav utensils… our hands!
