Makes 12 cookies
“Healthy” and “cookies” aren’t usually two words that belong together, and half of the things people call healthy usually are anything but!
But here we have some ACTUALLY healthy cookies that are insanely easy to make, super nutritious, and yummy too!
These treats are perfect for a busy week when you need a boost – we’re thinking Back to School, Fashion Week, or just a stressful work week. Instead of snacking on some sugary treat that’ll only slow you down, try these whole grain cookies.
We put a spin on them with almond butter and raisins, but you can add any of your fav ingredients to keep them healthy and delicious.
