For us, August has always felt like real Summer. The days are getting a bit shorter, and the nights remind us that Fall is around the corner, so we try to make the most of every Summer day and night!

Turns out there are better ways to get your s’mores fix. We fell in love with the idea of S’mores Dip, and took it to the next level by adding some yummy peanut butter.

Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp vegan margarine
2 cups vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
1 box graham crackers
Prep
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Place a large skillet in the preheated oven to warm.
Method
Once the skillet is hot, use a potholder to remove it from the oven.
Place the vegan margarine in the skillet, and swirl to melt and cover the whole pan.
Pour the vegan chocolate chips in an even layer, covering the entire skillet.
On top of the vegan chocolate chips, place small blobs of the peanut butter around the skillet.
Cover the entire surface with vegan marshmallows.
Bake for 6 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted.
Remove the skillet and allow to rest for a few minutes.
Notes + Serving Tips
Serve immediately after a few minutes of cooling.
Be careful, the skillet and dip will still be hot.
Serve with graham cracker squares to be used for dipping.
