It’s Summertime, and we love us some frozen treats to get us through these hot days. This super simple Double Chocolate Mocha Fudgesicle recipe is the perfect sweet treat to get you through a stuffy long afternoon.

Prep
Prepare your popsicle molds as instructed by the manufacturer.
Method
Divide the Mocha Cold Brew Coffee into your popsicle molds.
Add popsicle sticks and freeze until completely solid.
Once the popsicles are solid, remove them from the molds.
Place the popsicles on a parchment lined baking sheet and return them to the freezer.
Heat your non-dairy chocolate chips in a double boiler, stirring until the chocolate is melted.
Drizzle the chocolate over each of the popsicles and sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts.
Return to the freezer until the chocolate is set.
Notes + Serving Tips
Serve directly out of the freezer.
Popsicles can be stored up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
