FROZEN COCONUT WATER PIÑA COLADA

Makes 2

Do you like piña coladas? Of course you do! There is no better tropical drink than a piña colada. Here is our version of the tropical beverage, and it is definitely worth singing about.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup coconut water

4 oz light rum

Ice cubes, as needed

2 pineapple wedges

2 cherries

2 coconuts

Method

Prepare 2 coconuts by opening and draining them. Leave a large enough hole (about 2 inches across) at the top for filling the coconut.

In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, coconut water, and light rum. Blend until fully combined. Add ice cubes as necessary to reach desired thickness. Place the empty coconuts on top of a cup to keep sturdy. Pour the piña colada into the empty coconuts. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge.
