Serves 6-10
Between the start of spring and baseball opening week, we’ve found ourselves craving a delicious vegan hotdog.
Now you could always buy some of these amazing vegan frankfurters and whip yourself up a quick and easy hotdog meal. OR you could try something new that’s healthy, delicious, and will definitely be the talk of the picnic.
Replace your frankfurters with thin roasted or grilled veggies, and top with your favorite hot dog toppings. Here’s our recipe for some of our favorite combinations.
Pair with our Peanut Butter Salted Caramel Nice Cream for a super delicious and guilt-free treat! For other tasty and healthy food swaps check out our recommendations.
