I DIDN'T KNOW A NUT COULD DO THAT

By the 4th #IDKANCDT, can we even surprise you anymore? In this holiday inspired nut edition, we’re shifting our focus, and going a little out of the box, to the CHESTNUT.

You’ve heard mention of this happy nut in classic Christmas carols, but they are more versatile than you might realize. Let’s cover the basics first…

Roasted Chestnuts are easy and good enough to eat as is, or can be added to almost any dish to elevate the flavors.

Chestnuts roasting over an open fire is a given, but did you know you can grind it into flour to make Chestnut Ravioli?

*Too lazy to pulverize yourself? No worries, you can buy some here, here, and here!

Chestnut Milk is also a thing! For a sweet treat, you can make Chestnut Pots de Crème and knock the socks off of your guests this holiday.

If you’re like us, and are NUTS for NUTS, check out the surprises Cashews, Almonds, and Pecans have in store for you.
