This time we’re dishing out advice on how to update your pantry to reflect the season (It’s not just your wardrobe that needs sprucing!)

1. CANNED PUMPKIN
We’re taught to always use fresh ingredients when available, but sometimes the canned aisle can be your best friend too.
Pumpkins are pretty much the official mascot for autumn. This season you should always have at least one or two canned pumpkins on hand for easy Autumn inspired recipes. Add a little “pumpkin spice” to anything from cinnamon rolls and pancakes, to Risotto or homemade pumpkin spice lattes. The options are endless!

Similar to nuts, oats are another versatile ingredient that no kitchen should be without.

It’s one of those ingredients that works in mysterious ways to unlock flavor, acidity and texture in vegan cooking. Apple Cider Vinegar is the perfect substitute for eggs in vegan baking.
