HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Individual mason jars are the perfect vessel for traveling and gifting!

Pro Tip: Homemade Granola can be made in advance and kept frozen for up to two months!

 

Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats

¾ cup sliced almonds

1 cup raisins

2 tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup raw agave

2 Tbsp canola oil

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp sea salt

PREP

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or Silpat.

METHOD

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, ground cinnamon, and sea salt and mix with a large spoon.

Add raw agave, canola oil and pure vanilla extract, and stir until the oats are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally with a spatula.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Mix in the raisins.
